We are an organization dedicated to freedom and peace. Our mission is to stop the suffering of all sentient beings without exception. Beginning Sunday, March 30, 2008, a group of ten will begin a march from New York City to Washington D.C. We are protesting the Beijing Olympics and are peacefully walking for peace and freedom in Tibet and neighboring countries.

Day 7, Apr 5th,2008 - Delaware
We left the Wangdi Family house and headed off towards Baltimore. We decided to walk on Route 1, all the way to Washington D.C. The day turned out to be beautiful. Nice warm weather, birds flying all around and nice clouds. One woman came up to us and took photos of us and said she was very greatfull for what we were doing. Cars continuously honked their horns in support throughout the entire day. We eventually stopped at the house of an Indian man named Mohan. He is a supporter of peace and gave us excellent Chai tea which we drank in his front yard. Also to join us there were Soepa Gyatso and Thabshi Gyatso who drove from Rockland County, New York to bring us Dinner and support. This is over 100 miles away from where we were. This really meant alot to us. We had a great dinner and to top it off we were interviewed and photographed by the Local news paper. (I will post the exact News Paper by tomorrow, some how I misplaced the name of it.) We explained to them what we were doing and they were very understanding and supporting. We thank them for their interest and support in our cause. We would also like to give a big thanks to Thabshi Gyatso who donated 500 dollars to us. Thank You again. We finally ended the night over at the film studio of Barry where we will be sleeping tonight and tommorow. Barry gave us full use of his facilities, including his computers, tv, restrooms, everything. Thank you very much Barry.

Hi guys! Tashi delek!
Maybe I'm missing something but I don't see any details on your exact route. If I knew, I could alert people in the DC area to join you!
May all be auspicious!
